Yusufeli Meter Monitoring System

In regions experiencing GSM coverage problems, especially in basement floors or inner parts of buildings, such as the Yusufeli Project, access to meters constitutes a serious obstacle for energy management. The system is a reliable RF mesh-based meter monitoring solution specifically designed for such indoor and challenging communication environments, operating in the 2.4 GHz frequency band.

Within the scope of the Yusufeli Project, the focus has been on areas such as basement floors where meters are located and where the GSM signal is weak or non-existent. Our system ensures optimum communication by using modems with high penetration capability and low power consumption. RF mesh modems create a strong mesh network inside and between buildings, allowing for instant tracking of meter data. Each modem transmits the signal to the next modem, guaranteeing uninterrupted access to meter data from points with GSM coverage problems to the central system. In this way, even "invisible" meters become part of the network.

Key Features and Advantages:

Indoor and Challenging Environment Performance: Effective communication in areas blocking GSM coverage, such as basement floors and thick walls.
GSM Coverage Independence: Eliminates dependence on the GSM network by creating a local RF mesh network.
Automatic Route Optimization: The RF mesh network automatically determines the most suitable and reliable data transmission path.
Real-Time Data Access: Instant access to meter data for faster problem detection and energy management.

As in the Yusufeli example, it overcomes communication barriers caused by urbanization and building structures, enabling uninterrupted access to meter data and more effective energy management for energy companies.
